1204 Not The Real Numbers

Image
Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh. Meet Ummi Umairah binti Kahar I can't remember when was the last time I met this girl. She's my best friend since standard 1, although back in primary school, there were times that we were not friends and we created our own gang where we persuaded our classmates not to be friends with the other party haha. But still, she was among those who stay in my life the longest, congrats and thanks, you're the chosen one haha. The initial plan of our hang out yesterday was to go to Mahkota Parade, have a lunch at Boat Noodles and then watch Bad Genius at Lotus 5 Stars Cinema with Ica (sister) and Haniza (cousin) as well. Unfortunately, Haniza couldn't join, so Ica decided to let Ummi and I spend time together. Too lazy to drive until Mahkota Parade, plus we thought of trying the 'Malaysian boat noodles', we chose to go to Aeon instead because Aeon has a cinema too. The 'Malaysian boat noodles' or its real...

Memandangkan Dylla dah janji nak share resipi congo bars yang Dylla guna untuk buat yang macam dalam Instagram Dylla tu, so here it is!  Ibu lah yang memula beritahu nak buat congo bars. Dylla ingat ibu saja je cakpa nak buat, tapi rupa-rupanya siap dah beli barang apa semua haaa apa lagi Dylla lagi lah bersemangat nak buat. Dylla ni jenis manusia kalau barang dah tersedia memang rajin. Kalau kena cari bahan bahan kekadang sampai terbatal terus niat nak bake cake ke apa hahaha. Resipi ni diambil dari blog Kak Azlita Masam Manis . Caranya mudah and simple! Tak payah pening pening kepala nak cari bahan ni kat mana, bahan itu kat mana hehe.  Bahan-bahan: 315 gm tepung gandum 2 1/2 sudu kecil baking powder 1/2 sudu kecil garam 150 gm mentega 320 gm gula perang - boleh kurangkan 3 biji telur 1 sudu kecil esen vanila 250 gm chocolate chips 1 cawan kacang pecan atau apa2 kekacang - optional (Dylla guna almond) K...

Foodylla @ Celop Celop (Satay Celup Warisan), Melaka

Image
Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.  Ever since I saw a long queue of people lining up along the roadside to enter a small restaurant called Capitol Satay Celup in Bukit Cina, Melaka, I wonder what is satay celup. I thought satay is normal to be dipped (celup) in kuah kacang? I'd always wanted to try it. But unfortunately, it is non halal. My wish was buried until I found a restaurant called 'Celop Celop', while I was on my way to the new AEON.  I had gone to this restaurant twice during weekdays, but never stepped out of the car because I doubted whether or not to try as I could see no one (sebab tak nampak kat dalam sangat) and the ambiance seemed not friendly and attractive enough. Lawa je cuma dari jauh nampak gelap sikit haha. Yesterday, I went out with my sister, Ica  and cousins. After a couple of minutes asking 'Nak makan mana' and got jawapan 'Tak kisah', we finally decided a place to eat, Celop Celop! Or its other name, Satay Cel...

4D3N Krabi Budget Trip (Day 1 Part 2) - Night Market

Image
Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.   …continue from THE ARRIVAL. I slept for 2 hours that evening. It was still not enough for us to compensate the night that we stayed awake. Nonetheless, without any further delay or we might end up back to sleep, we got ready to go to Krabi Town immediately. Intentionally, I chose Sunday as the first day so that we have a chance to wander around in the night market. The night market in Krabi Town is only available on weekend nights, if I’m not mistaken it starts from 6.00pm till 9.30pm. Memula cam pening fikir nak naik apa. Nak guna MyTeksi tak boleh pula haha. Taking a mini van would cost us 800baht for a round trip, while tuk tuk 600baht. Can save about RM20, so we chose tuk tuk. Almaklumlah, budget trip haha. The night market is in Krabi Town, and it took about 25 minutes for us to arrive by a tuk tuk. Naik tuk tuk rasa macam habis kering muka kena angin all the time punya pasal haha. Night market is on the rig...

Places To Eat & Visit In Penang (Day 3)

Image
Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh. My laptop is broken down and currently being repaired. Luckily I have a very old PC at home, which I hated so much before because it's very slow and always lags haha. Okay, let's continue with the Penang food hunting journey, yeay! Sabar jelah nak type pun lagging..  ASTAKA TAMAN TUN SARDON It was our last day in Penang sobsob. We packed our things, checked out from the hotel and straight away went to Astaka Taman Tun Sardon for breakfast. In this area, there's a wet market and a food court. There are a few stalls, which sell a variety of food for breakfast. From kuih-muih, roti canai to even curry, soup, etc. They also have the famous serabai here. we bought 2 plates of serabai. I had eaten serabai a few times before. Serabai is like an apam but in a form of flat rounded shape and you eat it by dipping it into homemade kaya (sometimes with durian). Other than serabai, we also bought some kuih and 2 bowls of kuey t...

Places To Eat & Visit In Penang (Day 2)

Image
Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh. It was the second day of our Penang food hunting mission, yeehaa! We checked out from the Gurney Hotel as for the second night we'd already booked a lower cost room in Love Lane.  View from our room in Gurney Hotel ROTI CANAI TRANSFER ROAD What is Malaysian without nasi lemak or roti canai, right? Haha. One of the most famous roti canai is located at the Transfer Road. The usual roti canai is eaten with the simple curry or kuah dal, but this time we had the roti canai with chicken curry (I think) but not like the normal ones. The thin-and-garing roti canai dipped into the special kuah mmmmmm 'twas really delicious, the best roti canai I'd ever eaten so far! Typical Ardilla, one is never enough, I ordered another piece of roti canai hehe.  Gambar for #Foodylla hehe PENANG CENDOL  It was time to have something that wasn't too heavy, so we went to Penang Road and found a cendol stal...
